Dickey's Barbecue Pit Westerner with Pulled Pork And Polish Sausage

It's Westerner Wednesday at Dickey's Barbecue Pit. The Westerner is my favorite item at Dickey's and it has kept me coming back for years. It's great with their spicy barbecue sauce and be sure to get pickles and onions on the side because those add great flavor and texture.

I add the sauce and pickles and onions to each bite rather than trying to add them to the entire sandwich all at once. It makes it sort of a food adventure. But everything with me is a food adventure!
