Why am I talking about my egg rollups so much? Because I've been so extremely busy that I almost literally haven't had much time to make even one video. I also have graduated to the next level of YouTube where I know just making any video is not good enough. And I'm ready for that. But with the lack of time, it's just very difficult. And I should mention my love for the art of cooking eggs. Eggs cook in a very short amount of time, and any more cooking after that makes them worse. Japanese chefs and cooks have had this technique of cooking scrambled eggs in batches that I have long admired and never tried, until now. It's awesome but if you do it in a round pan you end up with egg rollups and that's fine. They are delicious!
